SAA Technologies Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through GoneUnder (goneunder.co.uk). We are registered with the ICO.

2. What We Collect

• Email address — to send alerts and authenticate your account.
• Postcode — to match insolvency events within your chosen radius. We geocode this to latitude/longitude coordinates.
• SIC code preferences — the trades you want to monitor.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID, not card details.

3. Lawful Basis

• Paid subscribers: contract — we process your data to deliver the service you are paying for.
• Free subscribers: legitimate interest — we send alerts based on your stated preferences. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Third Parties

• Postmark (Wildbit LLC) — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe (Stripe Inc) — payment processing.
• Companies House — source of insolvency event data (public, not personal data).

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies at this time.

5. Cookies

GoneUnder uses a single session cookie for authentication. No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no cookie banner required.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Insolvency event data (public records) is retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights
