1. Service Provider

GoneUnder is operated by SAA Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of GoneUnder (goneunder.co.uk) and all related services.

2. What GoneUnder Does

GoneUnder monitors publicly available Companies House data and sends email alerts when companies matching your selected trade and location filters enter insolvency proceedings. The data is sourced from Companies House under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

3. Data Accuracy

Alerts are generated from official Companies House filings. SAA Technologies Ltd provides this information as-is and makes no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts. Company locations are based on registered addresses, which may differ from trading addresses.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

The free tier provides alerts with some company details masked. The paid tier (£10/month) unmasks all alerts and provides full dashboard access. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — no notice period, no penalty.

5. No Advice

GoneUnder provides factual data from public sources. It does not constitute business, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on GoneUnder alerts are your own responsibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use GoneUnder to harass, defame, or target individuals named in insolvency proceedings. You may not resell or redistribute alerts. One account per person.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAA Technologies Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GoneUnder is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. SAA Technologies Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
